🚚 Processing & Handling Times
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
We currently ship within the United States only.

🧾 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after your label is created.
🛑 Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship internationally at this time.
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping delays may occur due to:
- Carrier service interruptions
- Weather events
- Holidays or high order volume

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and photos (if applicable)
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
