🔁 Returns
We accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 30 days of receiving your order. This includes:
- Sealed dried chiles
- Sealed spice shakers
- Sealed bulk bags
- Sealed multi-packs
To initiate a return, email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You'll receive detailed return instructions.
Conditions:
- Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from shopricorico.com
- 20% restocking fee applies unless the return is due to our error or product defect
- All returned items must be sealed and in original condition
📦 Damaged Packages (UPS Orders)
- Accept the shipment and have the UPS driver note the damage (“exception”) at delivery
- Call UPS at 800-742-5877 within 48 hours to file a damage report
- Do NOT return the product to the delivery driver
- Obtain your LDI claim number and contact us with that number
- Once UPS confirms the claim, we will process your refund
📌 Claims must be noted at the time of delivery. If damage is not reported properly, claims may be denied by the carrier.
💳 Refunds
- Credit card refunds are processed back to the original card
- Check payments and wholesale orders receive store credit
- All returns must be approved and include an RMA number
To request an RMA, email support@ricoricostore.com with your order number and reason for return.

🛍️ Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error or product defect.
🌶️ Chile Sample Policy
- One (1) chile sample per order
- Must be claimed within 30 days of delivery
- Request your sample via email with your order number
- Samples cannot be claimed after 30 days
📬 Shipping Discrepancies
You must report any missing or incorrect items within 14 days of shipment date.
Requests made after 14 days cannot be honored.
