Nice Dried Whole Chiles

What i got these for didn't work out but they are flavorful, quality dried chiles. I grow chiles in my garden and besides a hot pico de giallo salsa we make, I dehydrate them and crush them up and put them in a shaker to spice up the barbeque sauce I use on meat, pork, and in the marinade we use on wings. I tried to dehydrate these chiles further but they just didn't get crunchy enough to grind up well. We will save them for tamales.

Our Go-to

We pretty much only cook with these peppers after buying our first pack a few years ago. They are so much more flexible, soft, fresh, fragrant, and flavorful than the dusty dried peppers we were getting locally at the grocery store. The difference is very noticeable. I did try and redeem the offer for a free pack of peppers that we seem to get a card for in every order, and my emails were never acknowledged. No idea if they ever actually honor that.
